Italian Bagel Chips

Ingredients:

  • 6 stale plain bagels
  • 6 Tablespoons butter
  • 6 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 

Directions:

  1. Melt 3 tablespoons butter.
  2. Lay stale plain bagels on their sides and slice into in to thin small rounds.
  3. Lay bagel pieces on cookie sheet and brush the tops with melted butter. Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning and grated Parmesan.
  4. Bake 10 minutes at 325 degrees F; flip, brush with more butter, sprinkle with more seasoning and grated Parmesan and bake 10 more minutes.
  • Store in plastic zip lock bag for up to three days.
