Mrs. Sefner joined Marburn Academy in 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer and has oversight of finance, IT, and facilities functions of Marburn Academy. She has spent several years working in various accounting and finance roles, most notably in higher education, non-profit, and state government. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Akron, a master’s degree in business administration from Kent State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Ohio. Sefner enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, two children, and Yorkie dogs.
