Salted Dark Chocolate Popcorn

Ingredients:

  • 10 Cups Popped Popcorn
  • 4 Ounces Dark Chocolate, chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt, divided

Instructions:

  1. Place popcorn in a large bowl. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set both aside.
  2. Place chocolate and ½ teaspoon salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments until chocolate is fully melted.
  3. Pour melted chocolate over popcorn, and immediately stir to coat thoroughly.
  4. Spread chocolate-covered popcorn onto lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining sea salt.
  5. Let sit at room temperature until chocolate has hardened, 45 minutes – 1 hour.
